Short version: Word Works does not collect or sell your personal information. The game stores gameplay progress (like scores and achievements) locally on your device. If you contact us, we only use your message to respond.

This Privacy Policy explains how Word Works (“the Game”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Game.

A. Information you provide
- Support messages: If you email or otherwise contact us, you may provide information like your name, email address, device details, and the content of your message.
B. Information stored locally on your device
- Gameplay data: The Game saves data such as high scores, achievement progress, unlocked characters/items, settings (e.g., button size/handedness), and similar gameplay state locally on your device.
- No account required: You do not need to create an account to play.

- We do not collect precise location data.
- We do not collect contacts, photos, or files from your device.
- We do not collect payment information (unless you make purchases through an app store, which is handled by the store).

Word Works does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs by default. If we add optional analytics, crash reporting, ads, or other third-party services in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, provide choices and disclosures.
